Job summary

Healthcare Ireland Group is seeking a Domestic Assistant for Willow Grove, a modern care home in Dungannon. You will support housekeeping to keep residents’ environment clean, safe, and welcoming, contributing to their wellbeing and daily comfort.

You will work closely with care teams, ensuring rooms and communal areas stay orderly, while following COSHH and hygiene guidelines. The role offers progression and development opportunities within a growing healthcare group.

Qualifications

• A good standard of English, both verbal and written.
• Relevant experience for the role.
• The Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the expected cleanliness and hygiene standards are achieved throughout the home.
• Cover domestic duties as assigned.
• Identify and report any damage, faults or other issues to maintenance or management.
• Adhere to the cleaning and auditing schedule.
• Use and store cleaning products in accordance to COSHH regulations.
• Undertake any other duties designated by the Home Manager or Housekeeper.
