As a Domestic Assistant, you are key to maintaining a hygienic and safe environment for our residents. You will ensure the cleanliness and safety of the environment, making residents, visitors, and staff feel valued and comfortable. No prior experience as a domestic cleaner is required; we provide full training for the right qualities and interest.

About The Role

A Domestic Assistant will:

  • Carry out duties to ensure high standards of cleanliness
  • Understand cleaning requirements for different communal and individual areas, including equipment and materials used
  • Develop positive relationships with residents, staff, families, and visitors
  • Support residents in maintaining independence and a sense of value
  • Work safely within company policies, seeking guidance when needed
  • Provide caring and positive service to residents
  • Work well as part of a team, communicating effectively and adapting to a changing environment
