HOTEL SERVICES DEPARTMENT

DOMESTIC ASSISTANT

Band 2 - £25,694 to £27,900 pro rata

Plus £1,406 Distant Island Allowance pro rata

30 hrs per week

We are currently recruiting for a Domestic Assistant to join our Domestic Services Team within the Western Isles Hospital, Macaulay Road, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, HS1 2AF.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of cleaning duties associated with maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, always ensuring a high-quality service provision. The work will be within the Renal Unit and other areas as required.

The successful candidate will need to achieve the Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers and comply with the Code of Conduct within three months of full-time employment or up to six months for part-time workers. For further information, see www.hcswtoolkit.nes.scot.nhs.uk.
