Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is seeking Domestic Assistants to help keep wards, waiting areas and public spaces clean, hygienic and welcoming for patients and staff at Tunbridge Wells Hospital. You will work as part of a supportive team with on‑the‑floor facilities focus.

As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities remain clean, comfortable, and inviting for both patients and staff. With a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of teamwork, you'll help maintain the highest standards of hygiene throughout the hospital. Your duties will include general cleaning as well as assisting with beverage rounds on the wards, making flexibility key to the role.

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team of Domestic Assistants at Tunbridge Wells Hospital!, We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills who are well-motivated, hardworking, and ready to contribute as part of a supportive team. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
