Domestic Assistant - Part Time (24hrs per week) - Northallerton

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Domestic Assistant. You will provide an efficient and effective cleaning service across designated areas of our Extra Care scheme, ensuring agreed standards are met within both communal areas and individual customer settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality cleaning services in assigned areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as directed.
  • Assist in creating a safe, welcoming, and customer-focused environment.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
About You
  • Previous cleaning experience is essential, experience working with vulnerable people is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Driving Licence is desirable.

  • Attend training sessions and team meetings to support continuous improvement and best practice.
