Salary: £7.27 per hour

Contract: Permanent

Type of Employment: Part Time

Hours: 12 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Saturday/Sunday

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Assistant in our healthcare division to provide routine planned and periodic cleaning services for a Mitie customer. The role requires maintaining high standards of service delivery, adhering to SLAs, and following cleaning schedules.

The successful candidate should contribute to the hospital's reputation for high-quality soft services and seek opportunities for improvement. Building positive relationships with customers and delivering excellent customer service are essential. All staff must comply with Mitie’s Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.

You should be able to work independently, be reliable, hardworking, and professional. The role involves working to a schedule, being a team player, and striving for continuous service improvement.

While previous cleaning experience is preferred, training will be provided. Knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals used by Mitie is required.
