About The Role

Key responsibilities:

• Maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness within the Care Home and ensuring the Company’s infection control procedures and policies are followed.
• Carrying out deep cleaning tasks to a high standard, complying with infection control guidelines.
• Ensuring a clean, safe environment for Residents, visitors, and staff.
• Creating a welcoming environment for Residents, Staff, and visitors with a caring, positive attitude and high standards of cleanliness.

Skills Needed:

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Experience in a care background is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
