Job summary

Additional Resources Ltd is seeking an ASHP Engineer to manage domestic air source heat pump projects from surveys through installation and aftercare. You will design systems, select equipment and ensure compliance with installation standards.

The role offers a competitive salary (£40,000–£52,000), a company pension, vehicle and fuel card, tools provided, ongoing training, holiday and overtime. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

Experience with domestic ASHP systems.
Heat-loss surveys and heating design experience.
Installation and commissioning experience.
Knowledge of low-temperature heating systems.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Conduct surveys, calculate heat loss and design sized ASHP systems.
Select equipment and design heating systems with schematics and installation specifications.
Install, commission and test heat pumps and related equipment.
Diagnose faults, service systems, and complete repairs.
Maintain records and advise customers, liaising with suppliers and colleagues.
