Job summary

Low Carbon Recruitment Ltd is seeking an ASHP Installation Engineer to join a growing renewable energy contractor. You will lead the full installation of domestic Air Source Heat Pump systems, including pipework, cylinders and wiring, with support from surveyors and commissioning engineers.

The role is mobile across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Warwickshire and Norfolk, with a company van, fuel card, and full manufacturer training

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 Plumbing & Heating required.
• Level 3 ASHP Installation qualification.
• Strong domestic plumbing background and experience with cylinders, pipework and heating components.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install full ASHP systems including pipework, cylinders, buffer tanks and wiring support.
• Ensure installations meet compliance, safety and manufacturer standards.
• Collaborate with surveyors, designers and commissioning engineers for high-quality installs.
• Document installations accurately and communicate clearly with customers.
