Job summary

Pavilion Care Centre is seeking a dedicated Domestic and Laundry Assistant to join our busy home. You will maintain cleanliness across residents' rooms, communal areas, showers, bathrooms, dining and seating areas.

We value attention to detail, a flexible approach, and safety awareness including COSHH, with a focus on using resources efficiently and reporting any accidents or hazards. Previous care experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and pride in work.
• Ability to prioritise workload and use resources efficiently.
• Awareness of COSHH and health and safety in the workplace.
• Experience in care work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the home.
• Clean and care for residents' rooms.
• Maintain communal areas, showers, bathrooms, dining and seating areas.
• Report accidents, untoward incidents, hazards and unsafe equipment.

Domestic and Laundry Assistant - Pavilion Care Centre 10Hours Available. We are looking for an individual who has high attention to detail, high standards and pride in their work. You are responsible for maintaining high standards or cleanliness throughout the home for our residents, cleaning and caring for our residents rooms and ensuring they are homely and tidy. You are responsible for communal areas, showers, bathrooms, dinning area and seating areas. Our Care Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Domestic Housekeeping Assistant to assist in the day to day running of a busy and vibrant care establishment. You will be reporting to the Care Home Manager

As a Domestic and Laundry Assistant it would be desirable to have:

• Previous experience of care work in a Hospital or Care Home.
• An interest for Care of the Elderly
