Job Description

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various planned and reactive maintenance tasks, as well as occasional new minor installation work. The individual will work as part of the FM team but must demonstrate a sound knowledge of all mechanical, electrical, and building fabric systems and the ability to work on their own initiative. Participation in the company's on-call rota and working across contracts when required are also essential.
