Overview

An opportunity has arisen within Domestic Services for Domestic Admin Supervisor. We require self-motivated conscientious individuals to join our Domestic Services team.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise Domestic Services staff to maintain cleaning standards within NHS premises in accordance with the National Cleaning Services Specification.
  • Monitor Domestic Services duties and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
  • Ensure all Domestic Services staff receive relevant training to support Personal Development Plans.
  • Provide and maintain a high-quality administrative service to Domestic Services.
  • Compile staff rotas and enter data into the Scottish Standard Time System (SSTS) in line with financial regulations.
  • Process all stores orders using the Pecos ordering system and carry out general office administration duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in housekeeping, domestic or supervisory roles within NHS Forth Valley or similar environment is desirable.
  • Administrative skills; supervisory training is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Good communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and a flexible approach to work.
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential.
