• Undertake comprehensive risk assessments and develop robust safety plans.
• Manage a caseload of high-risk domestic abuse victims.
• Provide crisis intervention, practical support and emotional support.
• Represent victims at Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC) and other safeguarding meetings.
• Advocate on behalf of victims with police, housing, children's services, health services, courts and other partner agencies.
• Support victims through the criminal and civil justice process where appropriate.
• Ensure safeguarding concerns relating to adults and children are identified and acted upon.
• Maintain accurate, confidential and timely case records.
• Contribute to service monitoring, performance reporting and continuous improvement
