As a key member of the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) the post holder will provide high quality support to teams and individuals within Children's Services that enhances the service's ability to improve outcomes for children and families affected by domestic abuse and support the ongoing work of Children's Services in relation to domestic abuse inclusive ofall administration tasks related to Children's Services participation in MARAC.
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
Who are we looking for?The post holder should demonstrate excellent organisational skills, be able to organise and prioritise workload and be to consistently produce work of a high standard. They will be able to use information systems and IT packages and have a working awareness of the handling of confidential information.
