Waythrough is seeking a committed Domestic Abuse Specialist to join Calderdale Recovery Steps. You will help develop, coordinate and evaluate local domestic abuse service delivery, working with the Service Manager and partners to implement the Calderdale Domestic Abuse Plan.

The role requires specialist knowledge of domestic abuse, safeguarding, and the ability to extract and report management information. You will manage priorities and support vulnerable individuals with a person‑centred

Qualifications

• Specialist knowledge of domestic abuse and the impact of substance use on victims and perpetrators.
• Experience implementing interventions and safeguarding practices.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and deliver person-centred support.

Responsabilités

• Attend daily DRAMM and MARAC meetings as CRS representative and share information per local protocols.
• Follow up actions from meetings and record them accurately in relevant systems.
• Monitor service performance and contribute to quarterly performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure effective support pathways.
