Morgan Hunt UK Ltd in Southampton is seeking a Domestic Abuse Outreach Worker to provide support, advice and assistance to individuals and families affected by domestic abuse, empowering victims to make positive choices and fostering a safe environment.

You will work in the community, coordinate resettlement services and collaborate with multiple agencies to ensure comprehensive support, with responsibilities including safety planning, risk assessment and developing individual support plans.
