Job Description:

Birmingham and Solihull Women’s Aid has supported women and children affected by domestic violence and abuse for over 40 years. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and help us continue our mission to end domestic violence and abuse.

BSWA is the region’s leading charity tackling violence against women and girls, offering services such as a helpline, webchat, drop-in support, community outreach, and emergency accommodation across six refuges.

The projects support women in the criminal justice system, healthcare settings, and the wider community, providing assistance to women and children experiencing domestic violence. We also offer training and consultancy to businesses, health, and social care professionals to raise awareness about gender-based violence.

We are looking for women who are passionate about supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse and are committed to addressing violence against women and girls.

This role involves delivering tailored support to women experiencing domestic violence in the community to enhance their wellbeing and safety.

BSWA is a Disability Confident Employer. We encourage applications from all qualified individuals. If you are unable to apply online or face barriers in the application process, please contact our recruitment team at: [email protected]
