Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council invites applications for the Drive Operations Manager role within the Lincolnshire Drive Project. You will lead a team of Drive practitioners, coordinating with domestic abuse services, police, probation and children’s services to ensure a county-wide, safe, and effective response.

This fixed-term post until 31 December 2028 offers flexible/hybrid working, development opportunities, and regular supervision within a committed multi-agency partnership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing staff within domestic abuse, safeguarding, community safety, criminal justice, probation or related service.
• Experience working with high-risk individuals and complex safeguarding concerns.
• Experience contributing to multi-agency forums and influencing strategic stakeholders.
• Experience managing performance and service delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the Drive Project across Lincolnshire.
• Lead a team of Drive practitioners and work with partner services to ensure a coordinated county-wide response.
• Maintain fidelity to the national Drive model while reflecting local priorities.
• Oversee safeguarding and risk management across all activities.
• Support delivery of the Drive Project until December 2028 with potential extension.

Job description

As Drive Operations Manager you will provide operational leadership for the Lincolnshire Drive Project. You will lead a team of Drive practitioners and work closely with domestic abuse support services, Lincolnshire Police, Probation, Children's Services, Adult Care, Housing, Health partners and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner to ensure a coordinated and effective county-wide response. You will also be responsible for maintaining fidelity to the national Drive model while ensuring the service reflects local priorities and needs.,

Secondment applications from partners involved in Lincolnshire Domestic Abuse Partnership are welcome subject to prior agreement from managers. This post is subject to pre employment checks including DBS and Police Vetting.

You will be an experienced manager with a strong understanding of safeguarding and complex risk management.,

We are seeking an experienced and committed Domestic Abuse Operational Manager (perpetrator programme), known internally as a Drive Operations Manager, to support the implementation and delivery of the Drive Project across Lincolnshire. This role is fixed term until 31st December 2028 with the potential for extension beyond that date. The Drive model is an innovative, evidence-informed approach that works with high-risk and high-harm perpetrators of domestic abuse to reduce abuse, disrupt offending behaviour and increase the safety of victims and children. The model combines intensive case management with a coordinated multi-agency response to hold perpetrators accountable while placing victim safety at the centre of all activity. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a specialist team and help shape a whole-system response to domestic abuse across Lincolnshire.
