We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer / Domain Trainee - OTC, Accounts Receivable Analyst in Lloyd's London Market.

In this role, you will work as an Accounts Receivable Analyst, responsible for processing payments and accounts receivable transactions through Lloyd’s systems (such as Xchanging or other market-specific platforms). You will need to understand and follow Lloyd’s market requirements and protocols.

Responsibilities
  1. Invoice/Cash application, Reconciliation & Credit Control
  2. Follow up on unapplied Payments
  3. Processing refunds, Pole Transfer & reporting dashboards
  4. Closing Activities
  5. Stakeholder management
  6. Understanding of Order to Cash processes in insurance and reinsurance companies
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
  • B.Com degree
  • Proficient in MS Excel
Preferred qualifications
  • Knowledge of cash application & credit control through Lloyd’s systems (e.g., Xchanging)
  • Ability to handle month/quarter-end closing
  • Good knowledge of Excel and understanding of Oracle
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible and capable of multi-tasking
