Snr Analysis & Design role required to stabilise the EMEA portfolio amid high attrition and low FTE ratio. The role leads critical EMEA mandates and CBPR+/ISO20022 E2E solutioning, providing regulatory analysis, impact assessment, data mapping, and systems expertise, reducing knowledge loss and delivery risk from EMEA team.
Requirements/Solution elicitation techniques such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, business process flows, use cases. Analysis and documentation requirements/designs using an agile methodology (Epics and Stories) Have led application design for multiple solutions across technology platforms Developing solutions in a banking environment. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate with both Business and technology teams. Good technical and architecture knowledge. Extensive technical and data analysis experience working with a variety of architectures.
Strong Domain skills are required. Payments, such as SWIFT, ACH, CHAPS, Faster Payments, SEPA, TARGET2, ISO 20022 Demand Deposit Accounting, Treasury and Cash Management Systems, Banking Regulations, such as OFAC, FTR, PSD2, AML, Trade Finance and Loans
