Job description

We are looking for a self-motivated graduate to join the User Experience team as a Domain Knowledge Expert responsible for domain-related research and content development within the Instapro Group. You will be responsible for assisting the PTU (Product, Tech and User Experience) teams and other departments with research efforts, data analysis and content creation.

As part of the User Experience (UX) Team, you’ll work on many different projects that have an impact on all areas of the business. What makes this role special is its cross-functional nature. You will be working on various parts of the product and across different types of initiatives, and you are sure to pick up new skills along the way.

Your role includes the following:

  • Researching building trades, market conditions and homeownership

  • Developing industry expertise through desk research, focus groups and surveys, etc.

  • Developing a network of contacts within the industry (tradespeople, association, regulating bodies)

  • Creating content and copy for the site, and research artefacts (surveys, questionnaires, mass emails), ensuring they're relevant in all markets we operate in

  • Analysing business trends and metrics

  • Creating internal presentations, reports and other communications

  • Supporting product, tech and UX teams in new product development and testing

In time, you’ll become an expert in all things building-related. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates looking to gain experience in a wide array of areas.


  • Qualitative and quantitative research skills and experience

  • Experience in problem solving, and creative thinking

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences

  • A can-do attitude

  • Native or fluent in English AND native in one of the following: Italian, Dutch, German, or French

  • Experience in the construction industry is not necessary, but some interest is definitely a plus
