Job summary

Butternut Box is seeking Brand Ambassadors to represent the brand at events across Belfast and nearby areas. You will engage with dog owners, promote fresh dog food, and drive sales with uncapped commission opportunities. Expect weekends, travel to events, and a dynamic team environment.

Day rates start at £100+ with potential on-target earnings between £300-£350 per day, rising to £500+ for top performers. Training and referral incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have genuine affection for dogs and understand their needs.
• Passion for sales and ability to connect with people (and their dogs).
• Dedication to helping customers and their dogs to provide excellent service.
• Be target-driven and motivated to exceed sales goals.
• Weekend availability Friday–Sunday is important for high-impact events.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Responsibilities

• Drive face-to-face sales at top-tier events in Belfast and surrounding areas.
• Educate dog parents about the benefits of Butternut Box and our fresh dog food.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
• Aim to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
