Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused, friendly salon manager who has a genuine enthusiasm for pets to join our salons.

We are currently recruiting for a Salon Manager within our Dogwood salon based in Chipping Norton.

Responsibilities of a Salon Manager:

1. Able to groom and style all breeds of dogs to the highest standard.
2. Overseeing the running of the spa.
3. Demonstrating a hands-on approach to train to Dogwood's high standards.
4. Supporting your stylist in preparing the dogs ready for their groom.
5. Responsible for the sales performance of the salon, identifying any improvements needed and implementing.
6. Booking and managing appointments.
7. Delivering high standards of customer service.
8. Going ‘the extra mile’ for every customer.
9. Ensuring first class spa presentation by maintaining high levels of housekeeping and equipment.
10. Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner by liaising with your Area Manager.
