Stylist or Assistant Stylist – Bridge of Don

Salary: Stylist (Dog Groomer) £11.84 per hour / Assistant Stylist (Trainee Dog Groomer) £11.44 per hour

Roles:

Our Stylists and Assistant Stylists are key to our Pets Grooming salons’ success.

Stylist:

You will handle all aspects of pet grooming, delivering high-standard, thorough grooming services to exceed customer expectations. Excellent communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and their pets daily.

Assistant Stylist:

You will provide high-quality pet care, with foundational knowledge of grooming techniques, equipment handling, and pre-grooming prep. We will train you to meet our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. You will benefit from competitive pay, earning the Real Living Wage or more through our training programs, with opportunities for additional pay through further training.

Who are we looking for?

• People passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexible workers able to work across 7 days a week, with a minimum of 24 hours, often more during busy periods.
• Experience working with or handling dogs professionally (note: bathing/grooming your own dog doesn’t qualify).
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Comfortable in target-driven environments.
