About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate, skilled Dog Groomer to join the friendly team at Snuffle a unique concept: a dog café and grooming studio rolled into one. Based in South London, the space is a relaxing spot for pups and their people to socialise, snack, and leave looking sharp. You’ll be our in-house grooming expert, delivering top-notch treatments while helping create a community-focused, tail-wagging environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing full grooming services: bathing, drying, clipping, hand-stripping, de-shedding, and styling.
• Advising owners on coat care and grooming needs.
• Ensuring safety, welfare, and calm for all breeds – no rushed jobs here.
• Helping maintain a clean, welcoming grooming space.
• Supporting café events (e.g. puppy socials, breed meetups) when needed.

About You

• City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) qualified – or demonstrable experience.
• Confident grooming a wide range of dog breeds solo.
• Gentle, patient and calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with owners and colleagues.
• Tips, discounts and free coffees.
• Part of a close-knit team building something special.
• Support for CPD and creative grooming techniques.
