Senior Document Production Specialist

Night Shift - Fully Remote Working

  • Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00pm - 8:30am

OR

  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 9:00pm - 7:00am

OR

  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 9:00pm - 7:00am

This is a full time fully remote working legal document production position working on the night shift.

Hugely impressive US law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced and technical Legal Document Production Specialist to join their in-house document production department on a full-time permanent basis working fully remotely. The salary for this position will be £60,000 dependent on skills and experience level.

The position will be working on the night shift from 9pm onwards, the firm are offering flexibility on your chosen finish time and there is an option to work either a 9-hour or 10-hour shift across either 3 nights or 4 nights per week. This is a full-time permanent role working condensed hours.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing correspondence, memoranda and other legal and non-legal documents in an accurate and timely manner; proofread and quality check documents for content, context and accuracy.
  • Formatting, editing and styling complex WORD documents at an advanced level, including mail merge, large input and tables, TOC and TOA.
  • Assisting as a backup to the coordinator by performing intake reviews on general job requests.
  • Maintaining shift logs, assigned job requests and special projects to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Creating, editing and formatting complex technical drawings, graphics and organizational charts.
  • Coordinate and manage large and complex document production projects, including documenting detailed instructions, expectations and context, and providing
  • the other.
  • Taking initiative to stay current with new approaches and changes in technology relating to legal document production software.

Technical skills and experience required:

  • Highly skilled in templates and house styles.
  • Extensive previous experience in a Legal Document Production role
  • Advanced MS Office skills and able to work across other software packages for example, Visio, Adobe Acrobat
  • Eye for detail and accuracy in the work produced
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Must be able to communicate job specifications and be confident in dealing with multiple users
  • Must be a team player but also have the ability and confidence to work alone when required
  • Full legal document production career history within medium to large law firms
