A leading law firm in Central London is seeking SC cleared Paralegals to join their team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities will include document review, liaising with stakeholders, and preparing legal documents under tight deadlines. Candidates should have prior experience in document review and be available on short notice. This is an office-based role, 5 days a week.

Job description

We are looking for SC cleared Paralegals to be office based (Central London) on a full-time basis working on special projects. Length of the projects may vary, so if you are only available for a certain time frame, please note this on your CV. The project lengths can vary between 3-24 months depending on the stage of the project and the work required.

Responsibilities include:

1. Document review.
2. Liaising with stakeholders.
3. Preparing material for disclosure, often to tight deadlines.
4. Preparing bundles for Counsel.
5. Communicating with internal and external lawyers.
6. Drafting witness statements and other legal documents.
7. Some administrative work including considering redactions.
8. General administration such as document processing, redactions, relevance review.

This role is full-time, office-based, 5 days a week in Central London.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a document review role.
• Hold Security Clearance (SC) — please note this is not DBS clearance.
• Available on short notice (1-2 weeks) to start on projects after onboarding.
