Job Description:

Position: Document Production Specialist

Overview: A US law firm is seeking an evening Document Production Specialist to work hours from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, offering a very generous salary.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

  • Monday to Thursday in-office / Friday remote working

  • Located in the heart of the City

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor workflow, ensure document requests are processed timely and meet quality standards, negotiate deadlines, and liaise with the Secretarial Manager.
  • Create and revise legal documents using the latest firm software and MS Office.
  • Produce financial statements, flow charts, presentations, letters, and other documents, including cross-referencing, tables of contents, authorities, and indexing.
  • Scan, format, convert documents, transcribe tapes, produce mail merge documents, create closing sets, CD labels, fillable PDFs, and prepare document comparisons.
  • Design presentations, multimedia projects, posters, covers, and graphics for proposals.
  • Troubleshoot document issues.
  • Proofread to ensure accuracy, proper formatting, and brand compliance.

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of Word Processing/Document Production experience within a law firm.
  • Knowledge of legal industry software such as iManage, Numbering Schemes, Workshare.
