Are you an experienced Document Production Specialist looking for your next challenge with a global law firm in the City?

We are currently recruiting for a Document Production Specialist to work for one our excellent clients based near Blackfriars! The role is Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm, paying competitively up to £55k plus benefits. This role is working 5 days in the office.

They are looking for someone friendly, able to work confidently as part of a team and who takes pride in their work! This is an opportunity to work with a growing firm that has an excellent global presence!

Duties include:
  • Reformatting documents
  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations
  • Amend and manipulate PDFs
  • Troubleshooting including sorting layout issues
  • Proofreading completed work
  • Other duties as and when required
Skills required:
  • You MUST have at least 2 years of experience working in document production in a law firm.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • IT proficient and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong team player and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to work at a fast pace efficiently and able to meet deadlines
