Job description

Role - Document Controller / Project Administrator

Location - Tilbury, Essex

Mint Selection are working with a UK-based renewable energy leader who are seeking an experienced Document Controller / Project Administrator to join them on a renewable contract at their site in Essex.

This role offers the chance to work at the heart of a high-performing project team, supporting daily operations and overseeing document management processes critical to successful project execution.

Scope of work:

  • Coordinate team calendars, meeting schedules, and day-to-day office activities
  • Keep internal directories and team contact lists up to date
  • Manage incoming communications and support general site office logistics
  • Assist with reporting, filing systems, and maintaining office documentation standards
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and in-house teams to manage document flow
  • Upload, track, and organise project files using a digital document management system.
  • Maintain version control and ensure compliance with project documentation procedures
  • Support timely access to key documentation for project stakeholders and site personnel

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills with a structured, detail-conscious approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Previous experience in a construction, energy, or infrastructure setting preferred
  • Confident using platforms such as Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or similar EDMS tools
  • Able to manage competing priorities and work independently in a site-based environment

These will be 6 month renewable contracts and are outside IR35.
