We are seeking a Document Controller to join our Infrastructure Digital team. The role involves working with multidisciplinary project teams, requiring initiative, problem-solving, strong communication, experience with control procedures, and familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE) / Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CDE / EDMS - user account management, respond to ad-hoc requests for file management.
  • Ensure document quality control - monitor compliance, correct formats, and metadata.
  • Manage project communication - handle mail, correspondence, and RFIs.
  • Support information package assembly and review for design and approval processes.
  • Provide CDE guidance, organize training, and maintain logs.
  • Maintain container configurations, workflows, user directories, and protocols.
  • Respond to document management requests and support system configuration and implementation.
  • Interface with BIM standards, processes, and data within the CDE / EDMS.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

  • 2+ years of relevant experience with industry-leading CDE software.
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.
  • Proficiency in at least one of: Aconex, ViewPoint/4P, Asite, Bentley Projectwise.
  • Ability to work remotely and focus on tasks.
  • Experience with document uploading, cataloguing, stakeholder engagement, and workflows.
  • Site environment experience is a plus.
