Job Summary
Here at GRAHAM we are searching for a full-time experiencedDocument Controllerto join our team on site near Helensburgh.
The successful candidate will assist and support the wider team as they seek to establish solid working relationships across multiple projects and the wider division.Candidates should have strong IT skills, including exposure to 4P and SharePoint as well as stellar organisation skills and good attention to detail.
This vital role is key in ensuring the smooth running of operations and forms an integral part of project support. It is therefore essential that the successful candidate is a strong team player, who can confidently communicate with senior management, stakeholders and clients.
Experience in a similar document role is essential, as is experience with 4P.
Exposure to a construction working environment would advantageous but not necessary.
Essential: Valid UK Security Clearance or willingness to obtain.
