Company Overview

Responsibilities
  • Perform Document Control functions and project administration.
  • Support business administrative needs.
  • Handle ad-hoc project team duties, archiving, and compiling tender packages.
  • Assist in QA/QC of project documentation and procurement processes.
  • Support project team as needed, including preparing workpacks and control of project documentation.
  • Maintain document presentation consistency and manage Master Document Registers.
  • Issue transmittals, record document transactions, and liaise with clients and project managers.
  • Organize project files (hard and electronic), revise company documents, and maintain MDR.
QHSE Responsibilities

Understand and support the QHSE Management System, promoting a proactive health and safety culture, environmental sustainability, and quality assurance across projects.
