A leading company is seeking Document Management Analysts to join their team in Reading on a 12-month hybrid contract. This role focuses on managing documentation within a complex organization and requires qualifications in business management or related fields. Candidates should be proactive in defining PMO documentation requirements and possess relevant experience in change management.

Framework grade: A4 Experienced / A5 Qualified/ Arcadis Level: L5 - 7
Responsibilities of the Secondee:
Document Management Analysts x c3
Management, control, validation, storage and distribution of documentation, information and communications as part of the performance reporting cycle and
Define documentation and information requirements for the various hub and Spoke PMO teams, implement and manage the process for tracking and monitoring on-time delivery and quality of the documentation
Qualifications/Certification Required:
Higher education in Business Management, Commercial, Engineering, Project Management or Finance related subject
Hold or be willing to work towards APM qualification (APM PPQ, APM PMQ or APM Major Project) or equivalent, appropriate professional body qualification.
Experience of change in a complex organisation.
Understanding of the application for PMO methodologies and tools for Programme governance, monitoring and reporting
