A leading company in the construction sector seeks a Document Controller to manage project documentation across various projects. The role involves implementing document control processes, liaising with project teams and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Flexible working options are available, along with competitive employee benefits.
The successful candidate will work in a hybrid way (3 days office/2 days at home) and will manage and control project-related documentation across multiple construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that information is accurately recorded, securely stored, and easily accessible to both internal teams and external stakeholders, right through to final handover, including collation of O&M (Operation and Maintenance) manuals.
You will work closely with Design Managers, project teams, consultants, and supply chain partners to ensure robust document control is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Experience using Viewpoint and/or Dalux is highly desirable, as these are the primary systems used within the business.
