Equans is seeking a Document Controller to join our Leeds team on a permanent basis. You will work with project and technical teams to manage documentation across construction and refurbishment projects, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.
You will administer EDMS (Viewpoint/4Projects), support Fieldview setup, implement naming conventions and workflows, and coordinate reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
The Document Controller works closely with Project and Technical teams and takes the lead on managing project documentation across multiple construction and refurbishment projects. The role ensures documentation is accurate, compliant, accessible, and aligned with project, client, and regulatory requirements. This includes administering the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), supporting Fieldview setup, and maintaining high standards of information governance. The position offers a clear development pathway within document control.
