Are you an experienced Document Controller looking for a long term contracted position!

A Tier One Main Contractor is looking for a Document Controller to work for them in Isleworth.

Working 5 days in the office Monday - Friday.

MUST have EXCEL and ADOBE experience.

Pay: Flexible.

The Role: As a Document Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management and control of project documentation. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Establishing and maintaining document control procedures in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate document preparation, revision, distribution, and storage.
  3. Ensuring document accuracy, integrity, and compliance with applicable guidelines.
  4. Tracking document revisions, approvals, and deadlines, and ensuring timely distribution of updated documents.
  5. Conducting regular audits to verify document completeness and adherence to quality standards.
  6. Supporting project teams in retrieving and referencing critical documentation during project lifecycle phases.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Document Controller.
  2. Strong knowledge of document control processes, procedures, and industry standards.
  3. Proficiency in document control software and systems, such as ADOBE and EXCEL / PROJECTWISE.
  4. Excellent organizational and communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  5. Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing and reviewing documentation.
  6. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving document control issues.
