A leading energy management company is seeking a Document Controller to manage safety and compliance documentation at Hinkley Point A Site. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in document processing, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of compliance regulations. Nuclear Restoration Services Limited (NRS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA). NRS is responsible for decommissioning first generation nuclear power stations Berkeley, Bradwell, Chapelcross, Dungeness A, Hinkley Point A, Hunterston A, Oldbury, Sizewell A, Trawsfynydd and Wylfa, and research sites Harwell and Winfrith. NRS is also responsible for electricity generation at hydroelectric plant Maentwrog. As a division of NRS, NRS Dounreay is responsible for the clean-up and demolition of the former centre of fast reactor research and development.

"The Hinkley Point A Site EHSS&Q team are looking for a Document Controller to join them on a fixed term contract.
You’ll be responsible for the handling and processing of site documentation, including that related to safety and compliance. The role is vital for the site to maintain its legal and regulatory compliance. A high quality of work is essential to ensure end users can rely on the documentation that is there to help keep them safe.”
The role is based on site at Hinkley Point A Site and the working hours are 07.25 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday, perfect for someone looking for a four-day working week.

There is a requirement to live within a commutable distance to the sites where the role is based. For central/multi-site roles, we have various hubs across the UK and can be flexible with base location.
