Job Description

We are looking for a Document Controller to be based in Heage, Derbyshire. This is a full time, permanent position, with hours of work being 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday.

Duties of the Role:

  • To carry out high quality administrative duties in a timely manner and contribute to the professional and efficient running of the team.
  • Input of information onto standard construction industry systems (such as Viewpoint, R Drive, Smart Waste and Work Wallet).
  • Support in the completion and updating of live contract documentation.
  • Project support to the Operations Team to achieve successful project delivery.
  • Support of core functions and any other office duties such as filing, photocopying, uploading and scanning drawings and other documents.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience working in an administration role.
  • Able to work autonomously and use own initiative.
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • A team player who is able to accommodate a certain level of flexibility.
