Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the UK is seeking a proactive Document Controller to structure and manage project documentation across transportation, highways, nuclear, defence and infrastructure schemes. You will establish control systems, log and distribute documents, and ensure versioned records meet our standards while supporting audits.

• Proven experience in document control or records management.
• Familiarity with EDMS systems such as Bentley ProjectWise, ALIM Web AssetWise, ACC, Asite, Teamcenter and similar.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ensure documents are filed and archived according to company standards.
• Maintain version control and ensure only current versions are in circulation.

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic Project Controls team, working as a Document Controller on some of the UK’s largest Transportation, National Highways, Nuclear, Defence and Infrastructure projects. You will be part of an experienced team that have a significant impact on the successful delivery of these multi-million-pound contracts, using state of the art Project Controls tools and techniques that provide concise information to the projects they support in the UK and overseas.

Your Role

• Proven experience in document control or records management.
• Good working knowledge of EDMS - Bentley ProjectWise, ALIM Web AssetWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Asite, Business Collaborator, Teamcenter etc.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise work and meet target deadlines.
• Knowledge of ISO standards related to document control.
