We are looking for a Document Controller to join our team.

You will be working across our HS2 sites, which are located in Aylesbury and Chipping Warden.

This is a permanent role.

About you
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and Outlook or similar programmes
  • Understanding of document control systems such as ASITE, 4PS
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Clear and efficient numbering and labelling skills
  • Typing accuracy and efficiency
  • Attention to detail to ensure documents are accurate and made to specification
  • Filing and organisation skills for document storage
  • Industry-specific technical knowledge, including understanding of industry terms, policies and processes
  • Proven project management abilities
  • Strong organisational and management skills
  • If you have knowledge of any of these systems that would be advantageous: Align BC, Dalux, Bentley Cloud Services, BIMExtra
