Job Opportunity: Document Automation Manager

Location: London - Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

This role focuses on delivering high-quality work efficiently while managing stakeholder relationships. Be part of a firm committed to innovation and change.

Responsibilities of a Document Automation Manager

1. Lead the Document Automation team, acting as the firm’s SME, ensuring project alignment with business strategy.
2. Manage relationships with software and service providers for document automation.
3. Build relationships across the firm globally to generate a pipeline of work for the team.
4. Oversee end-to-end document automation processes, collaborating with vendors on upgrades and internal IT teams for implementation.
5. Supervise the design, development, testing, and delivery stages.
6. Support, lead, and mentor the wider team.

Experience Required

• Proven experience with Document Automation tools such as HotDocs in a developer role.
• Experience within legal or professional services backgrounds.
• Ideally, experience with tech-related projects.
• A passion for change and innovation.
• Leadership experience is beneficial.
• Experience with Generative AI is highly advantageous.
