  • Location: Will be working in the Exeter Office until June then Plymouth after (Derriford Hospital)
  • Work Hours: 40 Hours per week

This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth management and compliance of all NEC contract documents throughout the project lifecycle, supporting the team in maintaining high standards and efficient operations.


Responsibilities

The Document Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining all NEC contract documents, ensuring they comply with company standards and procedures. This includes coordinating with project managers and engineers, reviewing documents for accuracy, and implementing version control processes. The role also involves organising document databases for easy access, providing training on document control procedures, generating compliance reports, and ensuring all processes meet legal and regulatory requirements.


Requirements
  • Qualifications in business administration, engineering, or a related field (Desirable)
  • Proven experience in document control, preferably in construction or engineering (NEC CONTRACTS) - Desirable
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks
