Join Our Team as a Docucare DCA Printer Support!

Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of digital printing solutions? We are a dynamic business dedicated to streamlining operations and enhancing document workflows through innovative office and production printing solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated Docucare DCA Printer Support to join our team in Islington, London, on a temporary basis!

Role Overview:

The role is supporting new devices being installed (toners/paper) and supporting the Xerox team installing new devices to replace the outgoing devices. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

This role is to start asap and due to run until the end of July but could be extended until September.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer support for Docucare DCA printers.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
  3. Assist in the installation and configuration of printer systems.
  4. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  5. Maintain documentation of service requests and resolutions.
