About The Role

Are you an experienced service provider?

Are you looking for a role that you can shape and make your own?

Role summary:

If so, we have a great opportunity for you. We are seeking someone to be the face of the Doctors Account on site at Princess Alexandra Hospital.

You will work in a small team but must be able to work independently and take full ownership daily.

This is a critical position providing customer support to Trust medical workforce teams, managers, and Doctors Direct doctors, ensuring interactions with NHSP are quick, simple, and helpful.

You will be a trusted point of contact for NHS Trusts and doctors, offering expert advice on queries that recruitment or placement teams may not resolve.

The on-site Client Services Team focuses on filling bank shifts efficiently and meeting doctors' needs. As a Doctors Trust Services Partner, you will build strong relationships with medical workforce teams and doctor communities, proactively addressing potential issues. Our goal is to be a “customer-obsessed” organization delivering outstanding service.

Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Account management alongside stakeholders
  • Onboard new workers
  • Support compliance maintenance
  • Produce and analyze data from our systems
  • Visit wards regularly to meet with managers and doctors

About The Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

  • Have strong time management and diary skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Be autonomous and self-motivated
  • Negotiate tactfully and discreetly with stakeholders
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Build effective relationships across professional and managerial groups
  • Experience working in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Have strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of the NHS is beneficial but not essential
