Temporary Receptionist – City of London (Finance Management Firm)Duration: 2 Weeks (July 2025)Location: City of LondonHours: Monday to Friday, Full-time (Office-based), 09:00-17:30Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are seeking a professional and diligent Temporary Receptionist to join a respected finance management firm in the heart of the City of London. This is a short-term assignment to cover a two-week period in July, supporting a close-knit office of 16 individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls
  2. Managing the collection and distribution of incoming and outgoing post
  3. Providing high-quality audio-typing support to 2–3 senior team members
  4. Ensuring the reception area is presented to the highest standard at all times
  5. Undertaking general administrative duties as required

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven audio-typing proficiency (this is the central focus of the role)
  • Previous experience in a corporate or formal office environment, ideally on reception
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
  • Immaculate presentation and a highly professional demeanour
  • Strong work ethic and a genuine passion for front-of-house service
