Responsibilities

This is a full-time hybrid role for a DMV DOT (DDOT, VDOT, MDOT) Business Development Specialist at M&J Engineering, P.C. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and providing customer service. The business development specialist will be based in Arlington, VA, with some remote work allowed.

Qualifications

• Prior work history with DMV DOT agencies highly preferred

Relevant skills include experience with technical proposal writing, client interface, contract management, developing pipeline and budget forecasts, recruiting key technical personnel for contract wins, and the ability to work within a team to deliver results that meet and exceed client expectations.
