Job summary

Manbir Bains Ltd is seeking a delivery driver to load vans, deliver packages and greet customers professionally, using GPS navigation and following road safety rules.

This role requires self-employment status, an up-to-date UK or EU manual license (max 6 points), ability to lift 23 kg and climb stairs, and a clean criminal background check. Vans may be provided and you must be able to commute to the station if required; 5-day weeks and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be self employed.
• Independent problem solver with good communication skills in English.
• Able to lift and deliver packages (up to 23 kg).
• Full and valid UK or EU Manual Driving License (max 6 points, NO active IN, DR or TT codes)
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Where vans are provided, they are held overnight at the station therefore you must be able to commute to and from the station
• Must be at least 25 years old.

Responsibilities

• Load vans and deliver packages, by driving, stepping in and out of the vehicle safely.
• Adhere to all safety regulations on the road.
• Operate an electronic device for GPS route guidance.
• Greet and interact with customers with a professional and positive attitude.
