Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations or SOC environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP.
• Experience managing security incidents and ticketing platforms.
• Understanding of data classification and information protection concepts.
• Working knowledge of PKI, certificates, encryption and key management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Microsoft Purview DLP incidents and alerts.
• Manage security tickets, service requests, and escalations within SLAs.
• Perform incident triage, investigation, root cause analysis and documentation.
• Support data classification, sensitivity labelling and information protection initiatives.
• Fine-tune DLP policies and reduce false positives.
• Coordinate with end users, security teams and business stakeholders for incident resolution.
• Support certificate management and basic PKI-related activities.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, knowledge articles and SOP documentation.
