Job summary

Oscar Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced DLP Policy Engineer to join a major enterprise security transformation programme in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on migrating from an existing DLP platform to Zscaler DLP, with hands-on responsibility for analysing policies and designing equivalent controls.

You will design, build and maintain DLP policies, review existing controls, and conduct policy testing and troubleshooting throughout the implementation life cycle.

Qualifications

DLP Policy Engineer | £550-£585 per day (Inside IR35) | Fully Remote | Must be comfortable with policy management

Our client is looking for an experienced Zscaler DLP Policy Engineer to join a major enterprise security transformation programme. This will be supporting the migration from an existing DLP platform to ZScaler DLP.

This is a hands‑on engineering role where you'll be responsible for analysing existing DLP policies, designing and building equivalent controls within Zscaler.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain DLP policies
• Review and rationalise existing DLP controls
• Perform policy testing, validation and troubleshooting throughout the implementation life cycle

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience delivering DLP migrations
• Excellent DLP policy engineering and policy writing experience
• Strong understanding of DLP testing, validation and troubleshooting
